What that means to all of you sellers is that I have the knowledge and know how to help you stage your home; making the best impression possible on all of those buyers that will be coming through and falling in love with your house. Do I really Need an Agent?
The internet is a great thing, it led you here after all. The best internet sites get their listing from a Multi Listing Service (same one I subscribe to). Often, by the time a search service has picked up on a house it already has multiple offers on it or has even been sold. As a Broker I get the listings before the major search engines get them. I also network with other Brokers and Agents who share listing information before the general public get's it. Not to mention, I can get you inside a house. The internet can't do that! And did I mention the paperwork...and more paper work... And the legalities of selling and purchasing a home. It can be scary if you're unsure of the laws, codes, and procedures.
